The rose-breasted cockatoo has more pink than true red but is nonetheless a striking sight. Also known as the galah, their native Aboriginal Australian name, these birds are typically friendly and affectionate with their caretakers. As social birds, they require a lot of attention and can become upset or destructive if neglected.
